What is the first thing that
pops up in your mind when you are quenching for your thirst? Would you drink
water? Or a juice made up of Lemon? Or a Soda made up from a Lemon? Hmm. All of
what I have stated would really be good if it is cold or with exact amount of
ice cubes. But which is easier to have, the Lemon Soda or Lemon juice? Well, if
there is no Lemon in your backyard or even in your kitchen, you would much
prefer to have a soda which can directly be bought in a store or even in your
refrigerator. But have you ever ask yourself first before drinking a soda, if
what are the real benefits or harmful effect it would release into your body?
You never had an idea? Yes, it will quench your thirst directly but it will
give you bad effect to your health if you drink it a lot almost every day. Unlike with Lemon water, yes it will do take
you minutes to produce a juice from it but the benefits that it will give you
to you after you drink from it is awesome especially to your health. Just think
first, whether would it be for your sake alone? Or for the sake of your health?
Lemon water or Lemon Soda?
Both of these refreshing drinks really makes us crave for a drink especially
when we are thirsty after a days work, after we had a morning jogged or even to
relieve the feeling under the heat of the sun.
But for the people who are health conscious, they would rather ask their
selves first on whom they would really prefer to drink that would not affect
their health. But for youngsters, who are not yet health conscious, they would
never mind asking their selves, if they would choose to drink the refreshing
soda or making a juice.
There a lots of best-selling
drinks right now in the streets, malls and even in schools and one of them is Lemon
Soda. This refreshing soda gives us refreshment inside when we drink it while
it is still cold. But one thing for sure, when we get some tasty benefit from
drinking it, there is also a harmful effect that we could get from it
especially that is a carbonated beverage. When we talk about juices, Lemon
juice is still one of the best-selling drinks we want to drink when we are in
our home or in school. Aside that it is a healthy drink, it would not cause any
harmful effect to our body, instead it detoxify and help the digesting our food
that we take daily. So which drink would you prefer?
Nowadays, people tend not to
be health conscious, they eat and drink regarding with their wants not to their
needs. Some of us often forget to have our good diet with regular exercise. We
always think that this food and drinks are really good to our tongues and it is
hard to get away from it especially with its benefits that we can get from
taking those things. But regardless with the matter, choosing from drinking
Lemon juice or Sprite, which side are you? I know that almost all of us would
prefer to drink Lemon Soda to quench our thirst especially when it is cold, but
to the old ones, they would really prefer lemon juice even if it would take
them time to make a juice from it. Would you risk yourself drinking a soda
everyday if in return it would cause harmful effect to your body? Or would you
choose making a juice out from a Lemon even if it would take you some couple of
time before you could drink it but would give you a good and not harmful effect
to your body? Take time to realize first.
When you wake up early in
the morning, which would you most likely to prefer if ever given the choice:
drinking a Lemon soda or a Lemon water?
Well, for me it is not bad to drink a can of sprite once a week, but I
will still prefer drinking a glass of Lemon water. Even though Lemon Soda is
still made up of lemon-lime, there is still lots of additional ingredients that
are mixed up in order to provide a tangy taste refreshing soda. Each of these
drinks do have its own benefits but harmful effects varies through it. With
Sprite, we are not updated that through drinking it a couple of times just in
one week, it leads us to heart and bone diseases, oral problems or even obesity.
While with Lemon juice, it just a way to cleanse our body and a means of
detoxification especially that is naturally made up of vitamin c and other
healthy substances. Never risk yourself because of having a bad diet.
